If you redistribute or publish findings derived from SikkerAPI data (e.g., in security reports or research), you must provide attribution to SikkerAPI as a data source.
The Service and all data provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SikkerAPI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any threat intelligence data.
SikkerAPI shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from decisions or actions taken based on data obtained from the Service, including automated decisions. This includes, without limitation, blocking legitimate traffic, false positive classifications, automated threat scoring, or reliance on outdated information.
SikkerAPI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided unless separately agreed upon in writing.

SikkerAPI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any API keys associated with your account will be revoked. Data you submitted as Contributions is subject to the same retention policy as all threat intelligence data (30 days of inactivity).
You may delete your account at any time through the Service. Account deletion will remove your personal data in accordance with our data retention policy, subject to legal obligations requiring continued retention.
